For the twelve years we have been engaged in buying and selling real estate in
Winder and adjacent territory, naturally we should know the value of property, and

ings, but along these lines we will compare favorably with cities twice the size of Win
der, and those parties who have of ten thought they would rather live in small places
rather than large cities, can now find in beautiful Winder the desired location with the
comforts and luxuries of city life, and we believe a large number of them will make
their home with us.
It is very easy for people to express their opinion about various subjects, especially
when there is no money involved, but we have shown our faith by our works, and have
bought property and sold property on our own account on nearly every street and nearly
every section in this city, and we have not done anything to boast of, yet we can truth
fully say, that every piece of property bought and sold by us has brought us a profit.
We state these facts for your consideration and ask you carefully to consider what
we are offering for sale now, and which we urge you to buy We expect to file a copy of
this paper just to see how near we will be correct if we live five years. We say that
