was in the city Sunday the guest
of relatives.
Mrs. J. B- Cheek has returned
home after spending a week with
relatives in Auburn.
Miss Ola Daniel has returned to
her home in Winder, after spend
ing several days with Dr. and Mrs.
J. C. Daniel.
Miss Norma Booth was in Rome
recently, being called there to the
l>edside of her brother, Clarence,
who has been very ill. We are glad
to say that he is much improved
now.
Miss Kate Billingley, of Monroe,
N. (J , is spending a few weeks in
the city,the guest of her aunt, Mrs.
J. M. Arnold.
Mrs. J. M. L. Thurmond is at
Dr. Brown’s sanitarium, near At
lanta. She is very much improved
and her many friends are hopeful
of her recovery.

church has been reorganized and
the new superintendent and teach- ,
ers are taking much interest in the ,
