Beech Creek Drainage Districts, now in
process of construction, and the assess
ments for drainage have all been paid.
Said lands arc till located in Chandler’s
District, County of Barrow, formerly in
Jackson County.
The sale will continue frorm day to
day until all of the said lands are dis
posed of as advertised.
Terms: Fifteen per cent of the pur
chase price on the day* of sale and the
remainder on December 31st, 1919. when
deeds will be made and possession will
be given to the several purchasers. The
lands can be seen by* applying to the
administrators and plats thereof can be
inspected also. This the first day of

Trust A; Banking Company, an incorpo
rated banking company, respectfully

That the name of petitioner is North
Georgia Trust & Banking Company:
that it was incorporated on 22nd day of
April, 1915, by* authority* of the Secre
tary of state of Georgia, and that its
principal place of business, is at AA'in
der, Georgia.

That it has a paid in capital of two
hundred thousand dollars.
3rd.
That on August, 26th, 1919 a resolu
tion was adopted by a majority vote of
its board of directors expressing the de
sire that it acquire the rights powers
and privileges and immunities, subject
to the liabilities and restrictions, of
trust companies under the Act of the
General Assembly of the State of Geor
gia approved December 23rd, 1898. A
copy of which is hereto attached mark
ed exhibit “ 2. ”
Wherefore, petitioner prays that it
be granted the rights, powers, privileges
and immunities of a trust company as

—Louisa Freeman, negror, born
in 1799, the year of George Wash
ington’-; death, died today of “Id
age on a 150-acre farm near here
which - e has owned for seventy
years. She was a resident of Shel

physicians. Her husband, Rastus,
died three years ago at the age of
100 years.
