It is hereby ordered that $1.75
One dollar and seventy-five cents

of taxable property °f said county
as per digest o 1919 be, and the
same is, hereby levied, and that
the same lie collected by the tax
collector, for the following pur
poses to wit:
1. Eighty-five cents ($0.85 on
tho Hundred dollars ($100.00) to
pay Ihe legal indebtedness due, or
to become due during the year
1919 or past due.
2. Fifty cents (0.5 Q) on the
Hundred dollars ($100.00) to
build or repair court h°use or jail,
bridges or ferries, or other public
improvements, according to con
tract.
3. Five and four fifths cents

The capital stock of said corpo
ration shall he Twelve Thousand
Five Hundred ($12,500.00) Dol
lars, with the privilege of increas
ing the same to a sum not exceed
ing One Hundred Thousand
($100,000.00) Dollars, by a majo
rity vote of the stock-holders,
said stock to'be divided into
shares of Twenty-five ($25.00)
Dollars each. The full amount of
the capital to he employed has
been actually paid in. And peti
tioners desire the right to have
future subscriptions to the capi
tal stock, paid either in money or
in property to he taken at a fair
valuation.

Petitioners desire the light to
sue and he sued, to plead and be
impleaded, to have and use a
common seal, to make all neces
sary by-laws and regulations and
to do all other things that my be
necessary for the suceesswul car
rying on of saiil business, includ
ing the right to buy, hold and sell
real estate and personal property
suitable to the purposes of the
corporation, and to execute notes
and bonds as evidence of indebt
edness incurred, or which may be
incurred, in the conduct of tlie
affair of the corporation and to
secure the same by mortgage, se
curity-deed, or other form of lien,
under existing laws.

They desire for said incorpora
tion the power and authority to
apply for and accept amendments
to its charter of either form or
substance by a vote of a majority
of its stock outstanding at the
time. They also ask authority for
said incorporation to wind up its
affairs, liquidate and discontinue
its business at any time it may de
termine to do so by a vote of two
thirds of its stock outstanding at
the time.

They desire for the said incorpo
ration the right of renewal when
and as provided by the laws of
Georgia, and that it have all such
other rights, powers, privileges
and immunities as are incident to
like corporations or permissible
under the laws of Georgia.
Wherefore, Petitioners pray to
be incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid with tlie po

herein set forth, and as are now,
or may hereafter he allowed a
corporation of similar character
under the laws of Georgia.

The petition of Alvin C. Wil
liams shows;
1. That lie is the natural
dian and the duly appointed
guardian of Mrs. Mamie Williams
Giles, Moses McConnell Williams
and Ara Williams, all of whom,
are now of age and are ready to
den.and and accept a settlement
with petitioner.
2. That he is likewise the guar
dian of the following minors who
are his children, to-wit: Carson
Williams, age 19. Claude Williams
age 17; Hoyt Williams, age 13 and
Eileen Williams, age 10. That all
of the said minors are residents of.
Barrow County and that petition
er, their natural and appointed
guardian was at the time of ap
pointment a resident of Gwinnett
County in that section of Gwin
nett County now incorporated in
Barrow County, and in fact he
now lives where he did at the time
of oppointment, and the trust es
tates are administered in Barrow
County.
3. That lie invested funds be
longing to the said wards in the
sum of $1925.00 in the following
lands: That property in the town
of Carl in said countv of. Barrow,
now occupied by petitioner and
his minor children bought, from
the estate of Ethridge, known as
the George Ethridge home place,
and invested other individual
funds of petitioner in the said
property, containing seven and
half acres, with ten room house
thereon, hounded on the north by
right of way of Seaboard Airline
Railway, on west and south by
lands of Mrs. Bagwell and TTardi
o-voe and on oast hv lands of
David Meadow and James Dun
can.
4. That petition desires to make
final settlement with the three,
children named ts being of age
and desires to invest the remain
ing funds of the minor children in
ot' e r ' property or to loan the same
on real estate as security.
5. That the described property
will not rent for enough to pay
interest on the investment outside
of the taxes, up-keep and insur
ance and that it is to the host, in
terests of the estate of the minors
that the sale he made and it is ab
solutely necessary to make the
sale*so that the three adult wards
can he paid off.
6. Petitioner desires to make the
sale and to use the proceeds there
of belonging to his wards in the
manner specified and to reimburse
himself for the individual funds
invested therein.
7. Petitioner shows that the
deed to said lands was taken in
his own name hut that the funds
of said ward paid for same in
part and is to that extent a trust
estate.
8. Petitioner shows that notice
of his intention to make this .Ap
plication has been published once
a week for four weeks in The
Barrow Times, the news paper in
which the county advertisements
of Barrow County are usually
published, as is required by law.
Wherefore petitioner prays that
he he granted the permission to
make the sale as prayed and for
the other relief asked for in this
petition. October first, 1919.
