BLIND TIGER CAUGHT
AT INDIAN
SPRING
Sheriff Moore, of Flovilla City
Court, Arrests the Animal
And Four Negroes Who
Were Gambling.
Editor Progress: There is no
place in Georgia where the good
people have been so much im
posed upon by sorry white folks
and mean negroes running blind
tigers and gambling squads, as
the good people of Indian Spring.
On last Saturday seme one who
fears God and loves humanity,
called W. H. Moore, Sheriff of
Flovilla City Court, from a sick
bed to answer the telephone.
The message said: “They are
swarming in and out like bees at
a certain place at Indian Spring. ”
Sheriff Moore v/i h a surah posse
