AMENDMENT TO CHARTER Statk ok Georgia, Butts County: TO THE SUPERIOR COURT OK SAID COUNTY. The petition of “The Middle Georgia Lumber and Manufacuring Company" respectfully shows: 1. That it is a corporation, having been incor|>orated by said Court at the August term 1907 thereof, on August 21st 1907, under the name and style of “The Middle Georgia Lumber and Manufacturing Company,” with its principal office and place of business in said county. 2. That it desires that its charter be amended by changing its name from “The Middle Georgia Lumber and Manufacturing Company” to “Gil more-Seltle Lumber Company,” so that it shall be a corporation under the name and style of “Gilmore-feettle Lumber Company.” Wherefore petitioners pray that its charter be amended as aforesaid, so that its corporate name shall be “Gil more-fettle Lumber Company.
