Waldrop died Tuesday night at 8 o’clock, of heart failure brought about by an acute attack of pneumonia from which she had been suffering the past week. Her death was a distinct shock to her loved ones who were tenderly devoted to her in her old age. The funeral services were conducted Thursday morn ing by Elder Ratcliff at Sandy Creek church where the deceased had been a member since child hood. The interment was at San dy Creek Cemetery. She leaves 4 daughthers, Mrs. L. A. Moore, Miss Emma Wal drop, Mrs. S. J. Bennet and Mrs. J. M. Bennet of Houston county, 2 sons, Messrs. W. A. and T. J. Waldrop, and a large number of grandchildren.
