NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PUBLIC ROAD Notice is hereby given that on the first Monday in November 1910, being the 7th. day thereof, the Board of Com missioners of Roads and Revenues of Butts county will finally pass upon an application to make a change in the public road lying and being in Towaliga Dist., the said change being particularly described asfollows, to-wit: Commencing a little north of where a certain hickory tree nbw stands on the west side of the road leading from High Falls to Griffin, Ga., and on the west side thereof and running or extending around the hill in a southeasternly di rection until it intersects the Monroe county line near where N. D. Earnest now resides, the said road when exten ded will intersect the public road in Monroe county. The said starting pohit being south of the (J. S. Williams place and tlie same being in Towaliga Dist. Butts county. The change will be 285 yards in length and a first, class road. The old road is 867 yards long and is located in the same district, the same extending straight and making a right angle, while the new road will be the shortest route the same being the hypotenuse of the triangle. Commissioners duly appointed by the proper authorities, to-wit: O. J. Martin, J. N. McElhenney and J. R.
