spent several days of the week
with Mrs. C. A. Butner and Miss

ter members at the November
meeting, at the home of Mrs.

Rev. and Mrs. McMahon were
guests part of the week of Mr.
and Mrs. R. J. Carmichael and
Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Carreker.
Mr. McMahon has recently accep
ted a call to a Baptist church in
Albany and will move from Ea

she was called to nurse a patient
for Dr. J. G. Smith.
The many Flovilla friends of
Mrs. Jennie Whitaker, of Jen
kinsburg, were grieved to hear of
her death last week and extend
sympathy to her bereaved ones.
Mrs. J. L. Pendley left this
week for an extended visit to
her daughters, Mrs, H. M. Byars
of Rome and Mrs. M. O. Ellen
