The national meeting of the
American Institute of Electrical
Engineers will be held, May 16,
simultaneously by means of long
distance telephone service, in San
Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta,
Philadelphia, New York and Bos
ton. All of the auditoriums in
which the meetings are held will
be connected by telephone cir
cuits, and every seat in each hall
will be provided with a telephone
receiver so that everyone in at
tendance will be able to hear the
proceedings in each of the par
ticipating gatherings in other
cities in turn.
