i ROSSER REUNION WAS
HELD IN HENRY COUNTY
The children, grandchildren
and great grandchildren of
Ophelia Rawls Rosser met at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Don Grant
of McDonough, RFD, Sunday,
September 28, for a reunion. A
good time was had by all and a
delicious meal was served in the
yard at the noon hour. All hope
to be together again next year.

Zackie Perkinson suffered a
broken foot while playing ball
with Bamesville Friday night at

Lt. Col. and Mrs. A. H. Cole
man Jr. and children of Marina,

Tuesday, October 7th, for a visit
of a month with his mother, Mrs.
A. H. Coleman, before leaving for
Vietnam.
Mrs. Helen Holsomback of
Jackson and a brother of Rome
returned Sunday from a visit of
ten days to their sister in Penn
sylvania. While there they also
visited points of interest in Wash
ington, D. C.
The many friends of Mrs. Lewis
Grant regret to learn that she
continues a patient at Georgia
Baptist Hospital where she has
been hospitalized since September

Jackson friends of Mrs. Alfred
L. Coleman of St. Simons Island
regret that she is critically ill at
Glynn County Memorial Hospital
in Brunswick. Mrs. Coleman is the
daughter-in-law of Mrs. A. H.
Coleman of Jackson.
Chip Daniel spent last weekend
with Mr. and Mrs. Albert Daniel
in Griffin. He was joined by his
mother, Mrs. E. D. Daniel, on
Sunday.

he continues a patient at Griffin-
Spalding County Hospital and is
making improvement. It is expect
ed that he will be able to return
home during the weekend.
