Mr. and Mrs. Roy Prosser will
be joined by their daughter, Mrs.
Bob Putney, and Mr. Putney on
Christmas Eve and they will spend
the holidays with Mr. and Mrs.
Eugene Prosser in Greenville,
South Carolina.
Last Sunday the family of Mrs.
Eugene Payton gathered with her
at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Frank Powers in Hogansville for
the annual Payton Christmas din
ner.

Lauderdale, Fla. are spending the
holidays with Mr. and Mrs. P. H.

Harrison of Montgomery, Ala.
will spend the Christmas holidays
with Mrs. J. B. Harrison.
Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Briscoe and
Douglas will host the Briscoe
Family Christmas Eve party at
their cottage on Jackson Lake.
Mr. Briscoe’s parents started thi
custom over 40 years ago and
the children have continued it to
the present.

is improving and is able to be

Mrs. H. W. Hundertmark will
have as her guests for the Christ
mas holidays her daughter, Sister
Mary Monica, of St. Mary’s
Home in Savannah. This is the
first Christmas Day Sister Mary
Monica has had with her mother
since 1940.
Miss Pam Cawthon arrived last
week to spend the holidays with
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. H.
Cawthon.
