We of America’s rural electric systems
know how to get blueprints off drawing boards,
into action.
Today, all across the nation, we’re getting
underway programs for housing, water and
sewer systems, other basic facilities ... to help
meet America's need for vigorous, thriving rural
communities. We’re applying the experience
and skill which brought to life a concept many
once claimed was impractical—providing our
nation's countryside with dependable light and
power.
After all, plans are only dreams until people
make them real. And rural electric systems are
people . . . making plans real for a better rural
America.
