A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN—It was a foregone conclusion that the beautiful vegetable
garden of Albert W. Hencely on Biles Road would be chosen as one of Butts County’s “Beauty
Spots. ” Mr. Hencely spent 35 years working in Michigan and retired to Butts County which he
terms the “garden spot of the world.” His garden was chosen by the Beautification
Committee Through Conservation. - Photo by Jerry McLaurin.
