A CORRECTION
In last week’s paper the
story regarding the May
Court cases disposed of, the
paragraph which read:
Bobby Coogler, Violation of
the Georgia Controlled Sub
stances Act, Plea of guilty, 8
years, 4 years to serve and 4
years on probation on
payment of fine of $2,000.00.
Sentence consecutive to
sentence in Count l Case No.
6031.
Instead of “Plea of guilty”,
the above should have read
“Verdict of guilty.”
Also the paragraph which
read:
Priscilla Coogler, Violation
of Georgia Substances Act,
Verdict of guilty, 5 years
probated on payment of fine
of $1,000.00.
Instead of “Verdict of
guilty”, the above should
have read “Plea of guilty.”
The paper is glad to make
this correction.

God must love beauty, to use it so lavishly. The Master Artist dapples
the soft green leaves with golden sunshine, turns the brook to flowing
crystal, and puts a song into Spring itself.
There is beauty in us, too . . because He put it there. In His sight,
none of us are ugly, none of us are forsaken, none of us are “lost.”
But sometimes, in the busy process of day-to-day living, we turn
blind eyes upon the world’s loveliness, and take for granted the gifts
which should brighten the hours and years. We need a faith that gives
us vision to find again the inner beauty He gave us in the beginning . . .
a gift which He never takes away. Let us go, then, to His Church. Let
us “enter into His gates withf thanksgiving . . . for the Lord is good;
His mercy is everlasting; and His Truth endureth forever.”
