LIVER
TROUBLES
ft “I find Thedford’s Black-Draught N
T a good medicine for liver disease.
It cured my -on after he had spent
SlflO with doctors. It is all the med
icine I take.”—MßS. CAROLINE
MARTIN, Parkersburg, W. Ya.
Tf your liver does not act reg
ularly go to your druirpist and
secure a package of Tliedford's
Black-Draught and take a dose
tonight. This great, family
medicine frees the constipated
bowels, stirs up the torpid liver
and causes a healthy secretion
of bile.
Thedford’a Black - Draught
will cleanse the bowels of im
purities and strengthen the kid
neys. A torpid liver invites
colds, biliousness, chills and
fever and all manner of sick
ness and contagion. Weak kid
neys result in Bright's disease
which claims as many victims
as consumption. A ‘2o-cent
f>aekage of Tliedford’s Biack-
Irauglit should always be kept
in the house.
“I used Thedford’s Black-
Draught for liver and kidney com
plaints and found nothing to excel
it."—WILLIAM COFFMAN, Mar
blehead, 111.

Macon Telegraph—Texas has
levied dog tax on the billy goat.
We say a dog tax because that is
the only class in which we can place
the billy, formerly dogs were not
regarded as property and therefore
could not be taxed. How far is the
billy goat is from being property is
feebly suggested in the assertion of
the Houston Post that anybody who
steals one ought first to be investi
gated bv a jury de luntico inquir
endo before being prosecuted for a
felony.
cated man accosted a girl with
whom he was not acquainted on
the street in New York, she resen
ted it, a policeman arrested them
and an intelligent police court
judge impartially fined both the
insulted $3. The man paid his fine
and was let off while the girl, who
did not have the money ready, was
locked up and detained. Such is
justice as it ispracticed.
