—La-t Sunday night during thu storm
the barn of -Mr. John P. Moore, was
blown down killing three mules and crip
pling his horse. There were three other
mules in the same barn which were not
hurt. Eight out houses were also blown
down. This was quite a ioss to Mr.
Moore,but we are truly glad to know that it
was no worse. Mr. (4. N. Wright also had
several houses blown down on his place,

the first of next month. This will add
much to the appearance of our village.
