A wedding of much interest to
their many friends is that of Mrs.
Pearl Padgett of Waycross, Geor
gia to Mr. Carl Driskell of Way
nesville, Georgia.
The wedding took place on Sun
day, June 28 at high noon in the
Nazarene Church in Waycross. Rev.
Robert Huff officiated.

Policeman Yawn
Back on Duty
After Operation
Nahunta night policeman J. ,D.
Yawn went back on duty Wednes
day night, July 1, after being ab
sent several weeks on account of
illness.
Mr. Yawn underwent a major op
eration at the Veterans Hospital at
Dublin. His home is at Jesup but
he plans to move to Nahunta when
he can secure suitable housing for
his family.
