Club Met Tuesday
The September meeting of the
Oleander Garden Club was held at
the home of Mrs. Collis Highsmith
,Tuesday night with Mrs. George
Lloyd a$ co-hostess.
Mr. George Lloyd, county agent,
was guest speaker and gave an
interesting talk on Science of Soils.
Members present were: Ann Raul
erson, Carolyn Lewis, Thuvia Glo
ver, Witlze Robinson, Louise Lee,
Effie Middleton, Pat Smith, Blanche
Jones, Leonora Lee, Patricia Lee,
lone Smith, Mrs. Avery Strickland,

The hostesses served cake, lime
sherbet and ginger ale.
