fully shows:
1. Petitioners desire (or thcm
wlves, their associates, and suc
cessors to be incorporated under
the name of “TWIN RIVERS
LODGE, INC.”.
3. The object of said corporation
te pecuniary gain and profit.
8. The general nature of the busi
aess or businesses to be transacted
Is as follows: to acquire and op
erate a restaurant or restaurants,
filling station or filling stations,
eouvenir shop or shops, motel or
motels, and any lawful related bu
siness or businesses; and to do any
and all acts and things necessary,
convenient, expedient, ancillary or
in aid to the accomplishment of the
toregoing.
4. Petitioners further desire that
raid corporation be vested with all
the rights and powers now or here
after given to do any and all things
which may be needful or proper in
the operation of the above describ
ed business, and that said corpora
tion have all of the powers enum
erated in Sections 22-1827 and 22-
tB2B, Georgia Code Annotated, and
such powers as may hereafter be
given by law.
5. The maximum number of
shares of stock shall be one hun
dred (100) of the par value of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) per
share, all of which shall be com
mon stock.

with which the corporation shall
begin business shall be not less
than one thousand dollars ($1,000.-
00). The corporation shall be auth
orized to issue additional shares up
to the maximum above stated, and
thereafter, from time to time, to
reduce the amount of capital out
standing, but not below the mini
mum above stated, and all this,
upon the majority vote of the
Board of Directors.
6. The time for which the cor-
poration is to have existence is 35
years, with the privilege of re
newal of the charter, from time to
time, upon the expiration of said
periods of thirty-five (35) years
7. The County in which the prin
cipal office of the corporation is to
be located is Brantley County.
Georgia, but the privilege is de
sired of establishing branch offices
and places of business both within
and without the State of Georgia.
8. The name and Post Office ad
dress of each of the applicants for
charter are as follows:
E. C. Samples, Sr., Bird Road,
Jacksonville, Florida;
Laverne Blackstone, R. F. D. 2,
Patterson, Georgia;
Elec C. Samples, Jr., R. F. D. 2,
Patterson, Georgia.
9. Petitioners further desire that
by-laws of the corporation shall be
adopted by the common stock hold
ers, and such by-laws shall provide
for the officers of the corporation,
the manner of their selection, and
such other rules appropriate to by
laws which have as their purpose
the control and management of the
corporation, including provisions
whereby the by-laws may be a
mended.

10. Your petitioners herewith ex-
hibit a certificate of the Secretary
of the State of Georgia as required
by Section 22-1803, Georgia Code
Annotated.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray
to be incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid with all the
rights, powers, privileges, and im
munities herein set forth, and such
additional rights, powers, and pri
vileges as may be necessary, proper
or incident to the conduct of the
business aforesaid, and as may be
inherent in or allowed to like cor
porations under the laws of the
State of Georgia, as they now exist
or may hereafter exist.

Samples, Sr., Laverne Blackstone,
and Elec C. Samples, Jr., to be in
corporated under the name of
‘TWIN RIVERS LODGE, INC.”,
has been duly presented to me, and
read and considered; and it ap
pearing that said petition is with
in the purview and intention of the
laws of this State applicable there
to; and it further appearing that
all of said laws have been fully
complied with;
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDER
ED. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
that said petition be and the same
is hereby granted; and petitioners,
their associates, successors and as
signs, are hereby incorporated and
made a body politic under the
name and style of “TWIN RIVERS
LODGE, INC.” for and during the
period of 35 years, with the privi
lege of renewal at the expiration
of that time, and with all the rights,
powers, privileges and immunities
mentioned in said application, and
with such additional rights, pow
ers, privileges and immunities as
are provided by the laws of Geor
gia as they now exist or may
hereafter exist.
