The undersigned as Administra
tor of the Estate of K. O. Rozier
by virtue of an order of the Court
of Ordinary of Brantley County.
Georgia, will sell at public outcry
to the highest and best bidder for
cash on the first Tuesday in June,
1954, between the legal hours of
sale the property hereinafter de
scribed. Said property shall be sold
upon the premises, the same being
located at Waynesville, in Brantley
County, Georgia, and being the pro
perty occupied by the late K. O.
Rozier as a dwelling and store
building, and is described as a
whole as follows:
Baid tract of land containing ap
proximately one acre in the

County, Georgia, and bring a por
tion of Lot 62 of the Wiggins survey
and bounded as a whole on the
north a distance of 152.55 feet by
[State Highway Road No. 50 - U. S.
84, on the east a distance of 294.25
feet by lands of Mack Rozier, on
the south a distance of 164.10 feet
by lands of the Waverly Company,
and on the West a distance of 165.20
feet by lands of Mrs. Letha Mc-
Veigh, the Methodist Church and
W. G- Gibson Estate.
The above described tract of land
Effective June 3rd, we will begin
closing at noon on Thursdays and Sat’
urdays. This will continue only through
the months of June, July and August.
Please remember these changes in
closing time and transact your business
accordingly.

office of the Ordinary of said coun
ty, the residence tract having a
frontage on said highway of 91.65
feet and the store building having a
frontage on said highway of 60.90
feet. At the same time and place
there will also be sold the stock ot
merchandise, equipment and fix
tures now located in and used in
connection with said store building.
The stock of merchandise fixtures
and equipment will be offered sep
arately and along witn said store
building.
