Thomas, N.W. Parrish and a street;
South by right of way of Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad Company, land.:

J. M. Jones; and, West by lands of

all as shown by a security deed re
corded in the office or the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Brantley
County, Georgia, in Mortgage Book
29, at pages 266-267; and.
WHEREAS, on October 3, 1953,
the said MRS. NICIE M. BURGESS
(MRS. J. T. BURGESS) and N. M
GIBSON conveyed to the under
signed the said note, the said se
curity deed and the said property
YOU MUST RETURN YOUR PROPERTY

ween the said J. F. LARKINS and
the undersigned, dated October 21.
1953, said note became due on Octo
ber 21. 1954, and said note is now
matured, in default, and unpaid;
and.
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1953,
J. F. LARKINS did execute to the
undersigned a certain security deed
to the property described above tc
secure a note of even date therewith
for $201694:; and.
WHEREAS, said note became du r
on October 21, 1954, and is no*,
matured, in default and upaid;
Now, THEREFORE, according t*
the orignal terms of said securih
deeds and the laws in such cases
made and provided, the undersigned
will expose for sale to the highest
and best bidder for cash the above
described property, after proper ad
vertisement, on the first Tuesday ir
March, 1955, between the legal hour:
of sale before the courthouse dooi
in Nahunta, Brantley County, Geor
gia. The proceeds from said sale will
be used to the payment of said notes
principal, interest and expenses, an d
to other indebtdness of the said J
F. Larkins to the undersigned se
cured by said security deeds, and
the balance, if any, delivered to the
said J. F. LARKINS.
