A Fast Buck
Practically everyone has heard the phrase, "A
fast buck."
Fast bucks, or easy dollars, are being made every
day. But it takes a "deal" to promote a fast buck and
it's a safe assumption that no one in this community
would pay as much as a penny for an option on the
Brooklyn Bridge.
If the merchants serving this community depended
upon "the fast buck", we'd soon have no drug stores,
groceries, department stores—in fact, no stores a* all.
Because local merchants offer reliable, efficient
service, we urge everyone to shop at home. The firms
