13th, 1953, ANNIE ROOKS did
execute to MRS. J. B. GRAHAM
a security deed to the following
land:
All that tract or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in Brant
ley County, Georgia, containing
100 acres, more or less, and more
particularly described as being
the same lard heretofore convey
ed to grantor herein by Mary
Jane Rooks by deed recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Brantley Coun
ty, Georgia, which is hereby in-

of Superior Court of Brantley
County, Georgia, in mortgage
book 31 at page 222;
WHEREAS, said notes are in
default as to principal and in
terest;

to the original terms of said sec
urity d^ed and the laws in such
cases made and provided, the

undersigned will expose for sale
to the highest and best bidder
for cash the above-described
land, after proper advertisement,
on the First Tuesday in January,
1956, in Nahunta, Brantley Coun
ty, Georgia. The proceeds from
said sale will be used, first to
the payment of said note, prin
ipal, interest and expenses, and
the balance, if any, delivered to
the said ANNIE ROOKS.

Ordinary to be held at the court
house in said County on the first
Monday in January, 1956, why
the petition of CALVIN C. LEE,
an heir at law of the said COBB
A. LEE, setting out that the said
COBB A. LEE died intestate pos
sessed of property in the county
of Brantley, State of Georgia, and
that the said estate owes no debts,
and the heirs at law of the said
COBB A. LEE have agreed upon
a division of said estate, and
praying for an order finding that
no administration upon said es
tate is necessary, should not be
granted and said order granted.
