Notice is hereby given that
Bessie Strickland Bennett, Guard
ian of Susie Diann Bennett, Kath
leen Bennett, Shelton Ray Ben
nett, and Loren E. Bennett, Jr.,
minors, will apply for an order
granting leave to sell for rein
vestment the undivided 1-64 in
terest of each of said minors in
and to the following described
real estate:
Tract 1. Ten acres, more or
less, in the 9th land District
of Brantley County, Georgia,
bounded north by original lot
lines, east by public road; south
by lands of J. C. Thomas; west by
lands of J. C. Thomas. Said tract
coming out of the following tract
of land, to-wit:
One Hundred and Five (105)
acres, more or less of land lot
numbered eighty-to (82), origin
ally of Pierce, but since January
1, 1921, all in Brantley County,
Georgia described and bounded
as follows:
Beginning at the northwest
corner of said lot Number 82, and
running south along the western
boundary line of said lot a dis
tance of about three hundred
(300) yayds to the run of a cer
tain branch; thence east follow
ing the run of said branch to the
run of Big Branch; thence north
following the run of said Big
Branch to the original northern
boundary of said Lot Number
82; thence west following the
northern boundary line of said
lot to place of beginning. Said
land bounded on north and west
by original lot lines and south
by the run of a certain branch
above referred to and on the east
by the run of Big Branch. There
being conveyed only said ten
acre, more or less, out of said
entire tract.
Tract 2. Thirty-four (34) acres,
more or less in the southwest
corner of lot of land No. 83
in the 9th District of form
erly Pierce, Now Brantley
County, Georgia, bounded north
by lands of Lonnie Guy; north
also by lands of Tim Wainright;
east by W. H. Groover lands;
south and west by original lot
lines.
Tract 3. Fifty (50) arces, more
or less, of lot of land No. 56 in
the 9th District of formerly
Pierce, now Brantley County,
Georgia, bounded north by the
Jesse Taylor lands, east and south
by original land lot lines; west
by lands of Carswell Dixon.
The hearing on said application
will be held before the Honorable
Cecil Roddenberry, Judge of the
Superior Court of Ware County,

Circuit, at Ten O’clock a.m. Est.
at his office, Bunn Building, Way
cross, Georgia, for leave to sell
the following described real pro
perty to wit:
Four-Fifths (4|sths) undivided
interest in 165 acres more or less
of original land lot number 154,
in the 9th Land Dist., of formerly
Pierce, now, Brantley County,
Georgia, bounded as follows to
wit; North by lands of Ernie
Hickox; East by lands of Rufus
Shuman; West by lands of Elbert
Strickland; and South, by lands
of Union Bag and Paper Com
pany.
And, to re-invest the proceeds
in Bonds of the United States.
There is no income from said
property, and it is expensive to
keep, and is subject to fire and
depredation.
This the 7th day of January

door in Nahunta, Georgia, be
tween the legal hours of sale, to
the highest and best bidder for
cash, the following described
land to wit:
That certain parcel of land in
the City of Nahunta, Brantley
County, Georgia, same being a
portion of original land lot 88,
in the Second Land District of
said County, and being a portion
of Block “D’’ of the “Knox
Addition”, to said City, and being
bounded as follows:
North lands of Katie Ham; East
by lands of R. G. Driver Estate;
South by lands of Roy Ham; West
by the Eastern side of the right
of way of Federal Route No. 301.
This is the same lands descri
bed in a Deed from A. S. Mizell
to Jardine Harris, of records
among the current public record
Brantley County in Deed Book 13

Page 584, to which deed reference
is hereby made. Said lands being
the only lands owned by Jardine
Harris at the time of his death.
Purchaser to pay for title, said
sale will continue from day to
day between the same hours
until all of said property is sold.
