on the 7th day of April, 1959,

der for cash, after due adver
tisement, the following tract of

All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in Land
Lot No. 89 of Brantley County,
Georgia, and in the City of Na
hunta, known and designated as
Lots No. 19 and No. 20 of the
J. W. Brooker Subdivision of
Nahunta, as shown on map or
plat of such subdivision record
ed in Plat Book No. 1, page 217
in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Brantley
County, Georgia, and being the
same lots conveyed to Willie
Buckley and Queen Buckley by
Emma Murchison on August 15,-
1956, by warranty deed recorded
in Book 18, page 206 and 207 in
the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Brantley
County; such lots located on the
South side of a fire lane near
the A. C. L. Railway right-of
way; together with all improve
ments, including a frame dwell
ing built by R. S. DeLoach, d!b|a

Such sale is to be held under
and by virtue of a power of sale
contained in that security deed
to the above described land ex
ecuted by Willie Buckley and
Queen Buckley to R. S. DeLoach,
d|bja Modern Homes Construction
Company on the 6th day of
March, 1957, to secure a note of
even date therewith in the ori
ginal sum of $3,000.00, as shown
by such security deed recorded
in Book 37, Page 287, in the Of
fice of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Brantley County, Geor
gia, and such note has become
in default as to principal and
interest, and the undersigned
holder elects that the entire bal
ance owing on same become due
at once; and
Therefore, according to the
original terms of the said secur
ity deed and the laws in such
cases made and provided, the
undersigned, as successor of R.
S. DeLoach, d|bja Modern Homes
Construction Company, and as
holder of the said note and se
curity deed will expose the said
land for sale in the manner as
hereinbefore stated.
The proceeds from such sale
will be used, first to the pay
ment of said note, principal, in
terest and expenses, and the bal
ance, if any, delivered to the
said Willie Buckley and Queen
Buckley or to their assigns or
as the law directs.

part of this description. This is
the same tract of land presently

forth in a security deed execut
ed by Lawrence E. Thomas and
Marlene R. Thomas to R. S. De-
Loach on the 25th day of Octo
ber, 1957, to secure a note of
even date therewith for the ori
ginal sum of $3228.00, all as
shown by such security deed re
corded in the Office of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Brant
ley County, Georgia, in Book 38,
Page 476, and now the under
signed will sell said property in
the above described manner be
cause the said note has become
in default and the undersigned
elects that the entire amount
owing on the note become due
at once. The proceeds from said
