There will be sold before the
court house door in said County
on the first Tuesday in April
1959, within the legal hours of
sale, and to the highest and best
bidder for cash the following
tract of land, to wit: All that
tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the 334th G.
M. District of Brantley County,
Georgia, approximately one mile
East of Waynesville, Georgia on
State Highway No. 50 (U. S.
Highway No. 84) and described
as beginning at the Northwest
corner of the within tract, and
run thence Easterly along U. S.
Highway No. 84 for 141.5 feet
to a pipe, run thence Southerly
for 98.8 feet to a pipe, run thence
Westerly for 141.5 feet to a pipe,
run thence Northerly for 98 8
feet to the point of beginning,
and bounded now or formerly as
follows: on the South and East
by lands of Jerry Walker, on the
West by lands of W. E. Kelly,
on the North by State Highway
No. 50 (U. S. Highway No. 84),
and described according to map
or plat of same in Plat Book No.
3, page 14 in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of
Brantley County, Georgia, to
gether with all improvements on
such lot, including a frame
dwelling house built by R. S.
DeLoach, d|b|a Modern Homes
Construction Company.
The above described tract of
land is being sold under and by
virtue of power of sale as set
forth in a security deed execut
ed by Lawrence E. Thomas and
Marlene R. Thomas to R. S. De-
Loach on the 25th day of Octo
ber, 1957, to secure a note of
even date therewith for the ori
ginal sum of $3228.00, all as
shown by such security deed re
corded in the Office of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Brant
ley County, Georgia, in Book 38,
Page 476, and now the under
signed will sell said property in
the above described manner be
cause the said note has become
in default and the undersigned
elects that the entire amount
owing on the note become due
at once. The proceeds from said
sale will be used, first to the
payment of said note, principal,
interest and expenses, and the
balance, if any, delivered to the
said Lawrence E. Thomas and
Marlene R. Thomas or to their
assigns or as the law directs.

ecuted by Willie Buckley and
Queen Buckley to R. S. DeLoach,

March, 1957, to secure a note of
even date therewith in the ori
ginal sum of $3,000.00, as shown
by such security deed recorded
