—for our many blessings ... as our forefathers
were thankful for theirs, which, however meager,
were for them manifold!
The right to worship as they pleased . . . their
relief from oppression . . . the freedom to do for
themselves
In our modern day, we have much to be thank
ful for — let us not forget to be humble and grate
ful. And not the least of our blessings — one in
herited from the earliest Americans — is this right
to do for ourselves . . .
It was in this spirit that our cooperative was
founded ... It is in this spirit that we plan for the
future of this Member-owned business enterprise.
