CHILDREN’S SLEEP HABITS
If a child awakes promptly
with energy and an appetite for
a good breakfast, he likely has
had enough sleep, according to
Miss Audrey Morgan, head of the
Extension Service family life de
partment at the University of
Georgia. On the other hand, she
says, if the child has to be
prodded to get up each morning
and is played out early in the
day, he probably needs more
sleep.
