The undersigned, as Adminis
tratrix of the estate of Eldridge J.
Lee, deceased, by virtue of an or
der from the Court of Ordinary of
Brantley County, Georgia, will
sell at public outcry, to the high
est bidder, on the first Tuesday
in May, 1961, at the courthouse
door in said County, between the
legal hours of sale, the following
described land:
One acre of land in Land Lot
151 in the Ninth Land District of
Brantley County, Georgia, and be
ing more particularly described
as beginning at a point on the
west side of High Bluff Church
Road, which point is 461 feet
south 1 degree 15 minutes west
of the intersection of the north
original Land Lot line of said
lot; thence south 6 degrees west
a distance of 210 feet; thence
south 87 degrees west a dis
tance of 210 feet; thence
north 6 degrees east, and parallel
with said road a distance of 210
feet; thence north 87 degrees east
a distance of 210 feet, to the point
or place of beginning. Said tract
being more fully described as
shown by plat of John K. Dußose,
registered land surveyor, dated
January 6, 1958.
The terms of said sale shall be
as follows: One-fifth or more of
the sales price to be for cash, and
the remaining unpaid portion to
be by note bearing interest at five
percent per annum, simple inter
est. secured by a Deed to Secure
Debt against said land, and pay
able in four equal installments,
plus interest, on the first day of
September, 1961, 1962, 1963, and
1964.
