Two Fish Caught
With One Cast
By Albert Purdom
Albert Purdom caught two
black bass with one cast of his
plug Sunday while fishing at
Polly’s Lake.
One of the fish weighed two
pounds and the other one pound,
Mr. Purdom stated.
Catching two good fish on one
plug is one of the rarest feats in
fishing but it happens one time
in several thousand casts, accord
ing to experienced fishermen.
In fact it is just about as rare
as making a hole-in-one in golf
or making a triple play in base
ball.
