sought to cut off state funds to
Atlanta’s four desegregated high
schools.
The high court’s decision said
that 12 south Georgians, who
were seeking the injunction, had
not brought valid legal action.
The south Georgia suit, the court
ruled, was an attempt to control
state education money and there

legislature.
No such consent has been giv

The decision, written by Su

NERVOUS INDIGESTION - NERVOUS HEART
BY DR. A. E. TUTEN
This day and age of speed with its accompanying worry,
excitement and emotional upsets, throws a very heavy bur
den upon the nervous system. In the brain lie all the centers
of control for the organs, muscles, and all the functions of the
body. It can be readily imderstood how upsets in the ner
vous mechanism can disri^t body functions. As the spine is
the main conduit for the nervous system, mechanical inter
ference in the spine can likewise cause trouble. Nervous in-
digestion, nervous heart, or nervous stomach are names ap
plied to some of the diseases produced by nerve irritation.
When an involvement of the nervous system is obvious how-
ever, these conditions are forerunners of the more serious
chronic disorders.
More and more are turning to Chiropractic for these ail
ments, as they realize how important normal function is to
their bodies
