GRAHAM to JIM WALTER
CORPORATION by deed dated
April 19, 1960, and recorded in
Mortgage Book 44, Pages 346-7,
in the office of the Clerk of Su
perior Court. Brantley County,
and subsequently assigned to the

signment dated May 10, 1960,
