OF SAID COUNTY:
The petition of OWEN PRES
COTT, G. B. PRESCOTT AND
MRS. OWEN PRESCOTT, re
spectfully shows:
Ist That petitioners desire for
themselves, their associates, suc
cessors and assigns, to be incor
porated for the period of thirty
five (35) years under the name
and style of:
PRESCOTT & SON
MILLING CO.
2nd That the general nature
of the business to be engaged in
by said corporation shall be;
(a) To own, operate, run, rent
or lease feed mills, storage faci
lities, warehouses, and stores,
and to generally deal in grain,
feed, farm supplies, and to man
ufacture and to sell the same at
retail or wholesale. And, to do
any and all things that petition
ers may deem necessary or inci
dental in performing any of the
above.
(b) To borrow money, and to
secure the same by any form of
evidence of indebtednesses.
(c) To purchase, or otherwise
acquire own, hold, convey, sub
divide, improve, exchange, sell,
assign or otherwise dispose of
and deal in real estate or per
sonal property of every kind na
ture and description.
(d) To enter into co-partner
ships, with other Corporations,
partnerships or with individuals.
(a) To have full power to con
duct said business and to exer
cise all the rights, powers, and
privileges conferred upon or per
mitted to corporations created
under the laws of the State of
Georgia.
3rd. That the object of said
corporations shall be pecuniary
gain and profit to its sharehold
ers.
4th. The amount of capital with
which said Corporation shall be
gin business shall be $10,000.00,
all of which has been paid in, re
presented by one thousand shares
having a par value of SIO.OO each.

orized to accept in payment of
its capital stock, money, services
or property, both real and per
sonal at such validation as the

all of said petitioners is Hoboken,

with a certificate from the Se
cretary of State of Georgia de
claring that the name of the pro
posed corporation is not the name
of any other existing corpora
tion registered in the records of
the Secretary of State.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray
that they, their associates, suc
cessors and assigns be incorpor
ated, as aforesaid, with the
name, for the purpose, for the
term and with the rights, powers,
privileges and capital stock here
inabove set forth or referred to,
and that this Honorable Court
grant an order declaring this
application granted.

ORDER OF INCORPORATION
The petition in the above stat
ed matter having been presented
to the Court, and it appearing to
the Court that said application
is within the purview and in
tention of the laws of the State
of Georgia, and that all require
ments of law have been fully
complied with, and it further
appearing to the Court that the
name of the proposed corpora
tion is not the name of any other
existing corporation registered
in the records of the Secretary
of State.
It is therefore, considered, or
dered, adjudged and decreed that
said application be and the same
is hereby granted, and that the
petitioners and their associates,
successors and assigns be and
they are hereby incorporated as
a body politic under the laws of
the State of Georgia with the
name, for the purpose, for the
term of 35 years, and with the
rights, powers, privileges and
capital stock set forth or refer
red to in said application.

SALE UNDER POWER.
GEORGIA, BRANTLEY
COUNTY.
Under and by virtue of the
power of sale contained in that
certain deed to secure debt from
R. V. Harrell and Emma Jean
Harrell to United States Shell
Homes, Inc., a Florida Corpor
ation, dated November 13, 1961,
and recorded in the public re
cords of Brantley County, Geor
gia, in Mortgage Book 48, page
166, and subsequently transfer
red to Dixie Acceptance Corpor
ation, a Florida Corporation, on
December 24, 1961, will be sold
at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash before the court
house door of Brantley County,
Georgia, on the first Tuesday in
April, next, being April 2, 1963,
within the legal hours of sale,
the following described real pro
perty, to-wit:
A. certain tract of Headright
land in the 1493 District, G. M„
containing two (2) acres, located,
lying and being in the southwest
corner of that certain tract of
land conveyed to L. F. Warner,
by J. C. Warner, on May 15,
1928, and recorded in the public
records of Brantley County,
Georgia, in Deed Book 4, page
563, and bounded as follows, to
wit: on the north and east by
lands of L. F. Warner; on the so
uth by lands of Newsome Estate,
and on the west by D. D. War
ner lands.
Said property will be sold
to satisfy the indebtedness se
cured by said deed to secure
debt which on this date amounts
to the principal sum of $4,184.42
all of which has been declared
due and payable as provided in
said deed to secure debt, besides
interest upon said principal sum
from this date until paid at the
rate of six per cent, per annum,
pius reasonable attorney's fees
and cost of collection. The pro
ceeds arising from the sale of
said real property will be ap
plied as provided in said deed to
secure debt.
Said property will be sold
subject to any and all taxes ow
ing thereon to the State of
Georgia and the County of
Brantley, including such taxes
for the year 1963.
Purchaser shall pay for title
and revenue stamps.
