somebody must make up the difference.,.
About one-third of every dollar we spend goes
to help pay the RUNNING expenses — and the
GROWING expenses —of some American com
munity ... OUR community, if we spend that
dollar at home •.. SOMEBODY ELSE’S commun
ity, if we spend the -dollar where HE lifts* I
When a dollar leaves home that could just as
well OR BETTER have been spent here... the
part of it that helps support the community
goes along, too, of course. And our own com
munity tax pot has less money in ft.
