all legal residents of Georgia

entitled to receive honorary
hunting and fishing licenses
which shall entitle the holder

file with the Slate Game and
Fish Commission a letter from
the Veterans Administration
stating that he is a totally dis

selves, their associates and suc
cessors to be incorporated under
the name and style of “NEW
HOPE ADVENT CHRISTIAN
CHURCH, INC.,” for a period of
thirty-five (35) years, with pri
vilege of renewal as provided by
law.
2. Said corporation shall func
tion as a church institution, and
is not organized and shall not
be operated for pecuniary gain
and profit, and shall have no
capital stock.
3. The principal office of said
corporation shall be in Brantley
County, Georgia.
4. Petitioners desire that the
by-laws of said corporation shal’
be adopted by its members, and
such by-laws shall provide for
membership, the officers of the
church, the manner of their se
lection, and such other rules as
may be appropriate to the con
duct and management of the
church, including provisions
whereby the by-laws may be a
mended.

Proceedings of Brantley
County Commissioners
The board of commissioners
of Brantley County Georgia
met in regular session on Tues
day May 4. 1965. At their reg
ular meeting place in the
County Court House. With all
members present and transact
ed the following business:
J. C. Lamb an accountant,
representing the firm of Du-
Bose. Dußose and Crosby,
Public Accountants, who have
been auditing the county books
for the past five years met
with the board of commission
ers. the sheriff, clerk of court
and the Ordinary and worked
out a system of bookkeeping
in connection with the sheriff’s
salary bill which went into
effect as of May 1, 1965.
Mr. Bill Smith, representing
the Slash Pine area planning
and development commission
I met with the board and dis
cussed further plans for the
county to participate in the
poverty program which will
be available after July 1, of
this year.
The board voted to pur
chase the sheriff a new 1965
model Pontiac car to use in
his work. After the above dis
cussions were finished they
paid the following bills for the
month of April
