said office publicly opened and
read aloud.
The Instruction to Bidders,
Form of Bid, Form of Contract,
Plans, Specifications, and Forms
of Bid Bond, Performance and
Payment Bond, and other contract
documents may be examined at
the following:

ta, Georgia; Sewell and Associ
ates, Inc., 13 East York Street,
Savannah, Georgia.
Copies may be obtained at the
office of Sewell & Associates,
Inc., located at 13 East York
Street, Savannah, Georgia, upon
payment of $50.00 for each set.
Any unsuccessful bidder, upon re
turning such set within 15 days
after opening of bids will be re
funded his payment, and any non
bidder upon so returning such a
set will be refunded $25.00.
The owner reserves the right
to waive any informalities or to
reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with
his bid, security in the amount,
form and subject to the condi
tions provided in the Instructions
to Bidders.
Attention of bidders is parti
cularly called to the requirements
as to conditions of employment to
be observed and minimum wage
rates to be paid under the con
tract.
Bidders attention is invited to
the revised labor provisions and
equal employment opportunity
provisions contained in Section
90 of the Supplement No. 2 dated
1964 to the Standard Specifica
tions.
No bidder may withdraw his bid
within 60 days after the actual

Set for Annual
Conferences
Dates have been set for the
June sessions of the North and
South Georgia Annual Confer
ences of The Methodist Church.
The South Georgia Annual Con
ference will be held June 6-10 on
St. Simons Island. Sessions are
scheduled for Strickland Auditor
ium at Epworth-by-the-Sea, con
ference assembly center and
campgrounds on Frederica River.
The North Georgia Annual Con
ference will be held June 20-24 at
Glenn Memorial Methodist Church
in Atlanta. Delegates will be hous
ed at Emory University where
PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Nahunta will issue Fi Fa's against
all delinquent ad valorem taxes after Wednes
day, June 15, 1966.
All delinquent city tax payers are urged to
pay all ad valorem taxes due the City of Na
hunta prior to June 15, 1966.
