TO THE PEOPLE
Most Legislative Districts have been changed throughout Geor
gia under the Court directed Reapportionment Acts of 1965 and
1966.
The 1965 act created the 98th District with Camden and
Chariton Counties, effective January 1966.
The 1968 act created the 66th District with Brantley, Charlton
and Camden Counties, effective January 1969.
On behalf of the people in the Counties of Charlton and Camden
I extend a warm and cordial welcome to the people of Brantley
County into the new 66th Legislative District.
I hope to have the privilege and opportunity to see and visit
with each of you.
