COURTS
THE FATE
OF LIBERTY
IS FINALLY
SEALED
HERE! ।
This is the last stop for Georgia laws that effect the citizens
of our state. This is the Supreme Court of the State of
Georgia... the highest court in the state. The men, called
Justices, who sit on this court are common men, each
one duly respected by those who obey the laws and those
who enforce them. When this august body elects one of its
own as Chief Justice, then that man must be truly extraor
dinary. The Justices of the Georgia Supreme Court have
elected William Henry Duckworth Chief Justice every
term since 1948. This learned group of men consider him
the best qualified. So do the overwhelming majority of
Georgia’s finest attorneys. So have Georgia’s voters since
1938.
