FBIA MET The first business meeting of the Brantley County Future Business Leaders of America Club was held at the high sc hool on September Bth. Officers ofthe 1971-72 term are as follows: President- Bedell Johns V. Pres.- Darcel Roberson Secretary- Patricia Wainright Treas.- Betty Ann Strickland Reporter- Clara Crews A motion was made and carried to sell candy as the moneymaking project for the school year. Club President Bedell Johns stated that all qualified stud ents that would like to attend future meetings, please be at room 305 of the high school, Wednesday, October, 13. The FBIA Club is comprised of students that attend business classes and have a high aver age. These high scoreing st udents are expected to be our business men and women. President Johns added that the dues for this school year are $2.50. All future meetings will be held after regular school hours and will meet on the second Wednesday of each month. NATIONAL 4-H WEEK Four million 4-H boys and girls will join forces to celebrate National 4-H Week, October 3-9. The 4-H’ers will be participating in activities all week to tell the public and prospective 4-H members about the Head, Heart, Hands and Health program.
