He’s there whenever there’s been a serious accident . . . he’s there whenever a kid is lost . . .
he’s there whenever the law has been broken . . . sometimes he’s even there when baby’s
arriving ahead of schedule. But what if he weren’t there? Have you ever stopped to think
about how this community would function without the cop to enforce our laws? Or to lend
