con Georga.. Garrett has
competed in 4 gymnastics
meets around Atlanta
which includes the state
meet on March 17, 2013.
Garrett won six medals
including winning State
Champion Level 4 on the
steel Rings.Garrett is the
son of Ashley and Carla
Hortman of Roberta GA.

The Crawford County Retired Educators Association held their regular monthly
meeting on March 14th. Mrs. Ellie Loudermilk presented a program on Geneal
ogy. President Peggy Kendrick presented Mrs. Loudermilk with a ’’thank you”
gift. Lula Greene was chosen as Teacher of the Month.

Crawford County Development Authority
The Crawford County Board of Commissioners is currently
seeking applicants to serve on The Board of Directors of the
County Development Authority. The Crawford County De
velopment Authority meets monthly and is charged with a
wide range of tasks related to economic and business devel
opment. The person appointed for this position will serve
from the time of appointment until March 1,2014, with
consideration for reappointment to a four (4) year term

org or at the County Commissioner's office located at 1011
HWY 341 North, Roberta, Georgia. All applications must be
submitted to the County Office no later that April 8, 2013
at 4:00 p.m.
