On Friday, June 21, 2013, the Crawford County High School Touchdown Club will be hosting its first annual golf tournament. The tournament will be held at the Forsyth Golf Club in Forsyth, GA. The tournament is a four-man scramble and the entry fee is $200 per team. Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 10th, and last place teams. Lunch and opportunities to win door prizes will be provided for each golfer. Money raised will be used as designated by the Touchdown Club to strengthen and rebuild the Eagles Football program by purchasing needed equipment and supplies for the CCHS football team. The deadline to register your team for the tournament is Friday, June 7th and the deadline to pay your team’s registration will be the day of the tournament. Relay For Life Wrap-Up May 31,2013: Chairperson for Relay for Life in Crawford and Taylor counties, Phillip Duncan would like to invite everyone to the 2013 Relay for Life of Crawford- Taylor County Wrap-Up at the David Bailey Park in Roberta. This event will begin at 6 p.m. with a luminary service at 9 p.m. Bring a picnic supper and chairs to enjoy an evening of music, fun and fellowship.
