Proposed Definition for “VARIANCE” - A departure from any provision of this resolution for a specific parcel, except use, where such variance will not be contrary to the public interest and where, owing to conditions peculiar to the property, and not as a result of the action of the applicant, a literal enforcement of this resolution would result in unnecessary and undue hardship. The purpose for which any such variance is granted must be initiated within 12 months immediately following issuance of the variance or same will be void. The Grantor Borrower repre sents, covenants, warrants, and agrees the manufactured home located on the herein described land, 2005 Presidential 2-10476PRE Mobile Home, Serial No. MHGA4180431618AB, was formerly personality but is now and forever to remain on the land and has been per manently affixed to the land described herein so as to become part of the land; and all associated additions (wells, sep tic tank, decks, driveway, walkways, patios, carport, garage, etc., as applica ble) are intended to be permanent improvements to said real estate and are to be governed by all terms and conditions of this Security Deed, with all rights thereto appertaining. The manu factured home on the date of execution of the Security Deed has been perma nently affixed to the realty and is intend ed by the Grantor to be a fixture and a part of the real estate.
