Against Twiggs in Rushing Tyrick Reeves was 18/29 with two touchdowns. Reid Tolbert was 8/30. Passing, Reeves was 12/33 for 247 yards. On receiving, Jaylin Hicks was 6/140 with one touchdown. Anquavious Wiggins was 1/19; Ben Bishop 1/12; William Jarrell 3/56 with two touchdowns; Jadarius Sanders 1/20. The previous week against Putnam Tolbert was 3/2 in rushing; Sanders was 7/4 with a touchdown; Reeves 13/27 and John Corbin 1/15. Reeves was 8/23 with 11 yards passing for two touchdowns and two interceptions. In receiving Wiggins was 2/32; Hicks 3/42; Tolbert 2/9 and Jarrell 1/28 with one touchdown. Roberta Crawford County Chamber of Commerce wanted to honor those people as servants of students and system with the annual Welcome Back Breakfast. As all undertakings there are many thanks to be given to many. This is a co-sponsored event by the Chamber of Commerce and Crawford County Board of Education. Diane Fastiggi set out in determined mind to stuff the July employee envelopes with the invitations and produced the program for the August 30th event to honor all of the school employees. Middle school cafeteria workers and Donnel Wright made it possible to have resourc es needed to provide a wonderful breakfast for the employees who attended the morning affair. Kathleen Cook chaired the event, assuring the decorated table received her very special touch and to provide a door prize to a lucky few in attendance. Cook’s food assortment to fit each each pallet offered many choices for the over 200 people attending. Our bus drivers who deliver them to school, custodial and maintenance whose jobs are to clean up after eveiyone or keep things in good working order as well as those wonderful people in the nutrition departments who feed all of our children and teachers are also to be commended. The last is the administra tion at each school and in the board office from the department heads, staff and superintendent deserve a thank you as well. PUBLIC NOTICE: REFERENCE: SPECIAL EVENT, ’’THE FIRST SUNDAY IN OCTOBER,” ON OCTOBER 6,2013 Special Use Permits will be required by all participating property owners for this event. Planning and Zoning, in con junction with the Health Department, City Council, Sheriffs Office and Board of Commissioners, are responsible for all special events pertaining to the health, safety and welfare of the citizens. All property owners hosting vendors will be required to purchase and display a Special Use Permit. Permits may be purchased at the Planning and Zoning office for $50.00. Property owners will be responsible for issueance and display of vendor permits to any vendor located on their property. Planning and Zoning will not issue Special Use Permits to individual vendors. Property owners will be required to provide a list of all authorized vendors to the Planning and Zoning office by September 30, 2013. Vendors requiring Restricted Food Permit (sell fo any type of food) will be required by the Health Departmetn to provide a copy of Vendors Special Use Permit obtained from the assosiated property owner. Property owners will be required to provide portable toilets and trash containers. If you have any questions in reference to the Restrictive Food Permits, Fee’s or Requirements, you may contact the Health Department @ 836-3167. The property owner is responsible for the clean-up of the premises and removal of vendor stands within 2 days following the event. Permits will be issued between the dates of September 19, 2013 and September 30, 2013. All Special Use Permits and associated vendor permits will EXPIRE at 6:00 p.m., October 6th, 2013.
