Gail Wortham and Linda Rhoden compare techniques for painting flowers on bird houses. Davis graduates from basic training Air Force Airman Austin C. Davis graduated from ba sic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included train ing in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete ba sic training earn four credits toward an associate in ap plied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Davis is the son of Jeff Davis of Byron. He is a 2010 graduate of Peach County High School, Fort Valley. Davis Lady Trojans win both playoff games against SW The PCHS Lady Trojans won two games Mon day against Southwest, which were region playoff games. They won the first one 14-6, the second one 14-0. Next game in the region playoff series will be Octo ber 7, at Jackson for a best out of three games. If PCHS wins the series they will play one game for the region champion ship on October 10th. Loser of the series will play one game for third and fourth place on Octo ber 10th. Let’s go ladies! Percell’s sister-in-law, Sheryl Loveall-Percell is an officer on the foundation board.
