Williams graduated from basic mili tary training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military dis cipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airforce Airman 1st Class Alex R. Williams Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an asso ciate in applied science degree through the Com munity College of the Air Force. Williams is the son of Sabrina Bedford of Blairs- ville. All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearing on this tax increase to be held at the Crawford County Board of Education Office at 190 East Crusselle Street, Roberta, GA on October 10,2013 at 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Time and place of third public hearing on this tax increase is at Crawford County Board of Education Office at 190 East Crusselle Street, Roberta, GA on October 17,2013 at 7:00 pm. This tentative increase will result in a millage rate of 16.00 mills, an increase of 2.5 mills. Without this tentative tax increase, the millage rate will be no more than 13.50 mills. The proposed tax increase for a home with a fair market value of $100,000 is approximately $95.00 and the proposed tax increase for non-homestead property with a fair market value of $100,000 is approximately $100.00,
