Ballots will be sent out in the near future for nominees from chamber members. Now is the perfect time for new people to get involved in the planning for future happenings in Roberta. Some of the current ideas for future fund raising events are a softball tournament and a bi-annual fall venison cook-off. The various fundraising events not only bring in money to support the chamber but they bring in a lot of revenue for the businesses in the community. The chamber is also planning on revamping the website to better showcase the beauty of the town and county, and all off the various festivals, activities and other events going on in Roberta and Crawford County. The cham ber website is the number one first impression people get about the community. Ads for the bidding for the website revamp will be pub lished in the paper in the weeks to come so that the new site will be up and running when the current contract ends at the end of January. for d County Elementary 5tudent of the Week student' dememary 1 t Week 1 ■it f , County Elementary ytf °f 1he Week County Elementary ,rvt of the Week November 4th students of the week >; V ' JO i l D *ford County Elemental F jtudent of the Week ft i J:-' J ■ Crawford County E/ ement r\j Student of the Week ^ 1 1 t Jakhia Gibson- Ms. Carroll, Destiny Chamberlin- Ms. P.
