A Tailor Missing!!!
Absconded from the village
o
of Wright'borough, Columbia
county, on the morning of the
20th inst. a man of the needle,
Who, while here, passed by the
name of Rainey, alis Kayner,
but. whether or not it was his
correct name, I am aot able to
determine, yet any common
observer may be able to recog
nize the imposter by the pecu
liar and striking marks on his
physiognomy, it will be percep
tible to every one, that he is in
capable of seeing out of his
right eye, having a considera
ble blemish or rather the sight
being entirely destroyed, and
immediately above the same
eye, on the upper edge of the
eye brow, there is a large mole
mark or wart, so that no man
can be mistaken in the runa
way. He has left his landlord
a good deal in arrears, together
with a merchant or two of this
place. Tavern Keepers, Mer
chants, fyc. will therefore take
heed lest they be taken in like
wise, by this hlink-eycd Tailor;
it is probable this is not the on
ly place he has left in the same
way. JEREMIAH HERS.
