at the Decemher term, 1916, of said
court, will be sold before the court
house door in said county on the first
Tuesday in January, 1917, between the
legal hours of sale, to the highest and
best bidder, the following property to
wit: Lots 11 to 20 inclusive, block
111; lots 1,2, 3, block 183; lots 14, 15,
16, block 124; part of strip £BB, one
half undivided interest in lot 7, block
86, as appears from map of survey of
the city of Cordele, Georgia.
Also lot number 195 in the 10th
land district of said county, contain
ing 20214 acres, more or less, this
tract will be offered and sold in sepa
rate parcels of 1011-4 acres more or
less, each, by dividing said lot into
two equal parts by a line run north
and south through said lot, also the
east one half of lot number 194 in the
10th land district of said county. This
‘tract will be offered and sold in two
‘parcels of 501-8 acres each, more or
less, by dividing said tract by a line
lrunning east and west through the
same. All of said property sold as
the property of the estate of J. W.
Yates, late of said county, deceased,
for the purpose-of payment of debts
of said deccased and of distribution

thence east between land lots number

Cordele and Irwinville road, this road

viewers now if no good cause can
be shown to the contrary by per
sons interested in this matter, the or
der will be granted at the office of the
county commissioners in said county

and Rochelle road near the lands of
Mrs. O. S. Dennison, running in a
southerly direction a distance of
four and a half imile and intersecting
the Seville and Arabi Road at McKen
zie (rossing in said county, this road
to be laid out as ordered by the re
viewers, now if no good cause can bhe
shown to the contirary by persons
interested in this matter, the order
will be granted at the office of the
county commissioners in said county
on the first Tuesday in January, 1917,
cstablishing the said new road.
